The Institute for Culture and Ecology (ICE) is a Kenyan non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 2006. We work with communities to rediscover the significance of local knowledge and natural resources in improving livelihoods and conserving the environment.
By empowering communities to take control of their own development, we help break the cycle of poverty. We collaborate with like-minded organizations, institutions, and individuals nationally, regionally, and globally to achieve sustainable impact.
